Dauladhar Range HmalayasExperience the spectacularly mesmerizing Himachal Pradesh with the pristine beauty of the snow-capped Himalayas, the majestic cedar forests, verdant valleys with its rolling meadows and the frothing rivers. all adding to its charm!

Himachal Pradesh is a complex mosaic of hills, lush valleys and snow-clad peaks. The name itself originates from the ancient Sanskrit - hima (snow) and achal (that which cannot be moved).

Himachal Pradesh is also a treasure trove of ancient arts and crafts and rich traditions.

Day 01:          Delhi - Nalagarh / Chandigarh (300 kms / 5 hrs).
Morning drive for Nalagarh and on arrival transfer to your resort.

Day at leisure to pamper yourself at the resort. Visit the Pinjore garden near by.  Overnight at your Nalagarh Fort Resort.

Day 02:         Nalagarh / Chandigarh - Manali (260 kms / 6 hrs).
Morning proceed for Manali and on arrival check-in at your hotel.

Rohtang Pass manaliManali is the Northern end of the Kullu Valley and is the main resort in the area. Surrounded by towering peaks at arm length, Manali’s major asset is its proximity to the snowline, never more than few hours drive from the town nestling at comfortable 2050meters. It is the center of the flourishing orchard industry a popular honeymoon destination and trailhead for numerous treks.

Later on  visit the Hadimba temple amidst the Deodar trees and other places of interests.

Imbibe the local ambience on the Mall, shop for souvenirs at the Tibetan / Hong Kong Market. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 03:         Manali – Rohtang Pass - Manali
Drive to the mighty snowbound Rohtang Pass - at 3979 mtrs - the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. At an altitude of 13,050 feet above sea level, is another adventure tourist site where it can be cold even on a summer day. It is the highest point on the Manali-Keylong road and provides a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is truly breath taking. Overnight at your hotel.

 Day 04:         Manali.
Morning visit Solang valley, popularly known as Snow Point, is 13 km northwest of Manali and famous for its 300-meter ski lift. It is a picturesque spot and offers splendid views of glaciers and the snow-capped mountains.

Afternoon drive to the beautiful heritage Naggar Castle built in the sixteenth century,which is 22 kms from Manali, the old capital of Kullu.  Naggar hosts a number of famous temples, the important ones being Vishnu temple, Gaurishankra temple and Krishna temple

Overnight at Manali.

Dharamshala TempleDay:05          Manali - Dharamshala / Mcleodganj (235 kms / 6 hrs).
Morning drive for Dharamshala, driev closer to the panaromic Dhauladhar ranges and on arrival in Dharamshala, check-in at your hotel.

Dharamsala, popularly known as the Queen of the Hills. It is known for its scenic beauty, calmness and serenity. It has high pine trees, tea gardens and timber yielding trees. Dharamsala is now the seat of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama. Dharamsala is the headquarters of the Kangra district. It became the capital in 1852 and is 125 years old. To add to its beauty, there is an artificial stream flowing, gleaming with gold fish.

Rest of the day is free to explore the town on own and shopping. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 06 :        Dharamshala.
Morning city tour of Dharamshala.

Bhagsunag Fall :- ( 11 km. from Dharamshala town ) Known for its old temple, a fresh water spring, water falls and slate quarries, is one of the main attractions of Mcleodganj

St. John's Church :- ( 8 km. from Dharamshala town ) The church lies in the Deodar forest between Mcleod Ganj and Forsyth Ganj has lovely spotted glass windows and there is a Christian cemetery around it.

Evening shop for Tibetan handicrafts . Overnight at your hotel.

Day 07:         Dharamsala – Dalhousie (150 kms / 4 hrs).
Morning drive for Dalhousie and on arrival check-in at your hotel.

Dalhousie - It is located on the outer slopes of the Dhauladhar range, is another important hill resort in the district Chamba . Rest of the day is at leisure and stroll around in the beautiful surroundings.

Evening sunset across the mountain ranges. Overnight at your hotel.

KhajiyarDay 08:         Dalhousie – Khajjiyar –Dalhousie
Morning drive for same day excursion to Khajjiyar, also known as “ A Mini Switzerland”.  Khajjiar is 22 km from Dalhousie and 24 km from Chamba. It is perched at an altitude of 1951 m above sea level.The 12th-century Khajinag temple is a small shrine dedicated to the local Goddess or the Devi. This temple is also known as the Golden Devi temple, as it is adorned with a golden dome and spire.

Overnight at Dalhousie.

Day 09:         Dalhousie – Nalagarh / Kikar Lodge (270 kms / 7 hours).
Morning drive for either Nalagarh which you visited in the beginning or you can chose to visit Kikar Lodge and reach either of these two places in the afternoon. Kikar Lodge is nestled in the lower Shivaliks. Built in the middle of 1800 acres of private forest (safe, sans the big cats!). This is an upmarket resort with all modern amenities, myriad recreation facilities and a health spa.

Overnight at Kikar Lodge / Nalagarh.

Day 10 :         Kikar Lodge / Nalagarh.
Relax and enjoy facilities of the resort with swimming and ayurvedic massages.
Overnight at Kikar Lodge / Nalagarh.

Day 11:           Nalagarh / Kikar Lodge- Delhi (300-320 kms / 5.5-6.5 hrs).  
Late morning proceed for Delhi and on arrival transfer to your own place.
