Day 01:          Arrive Delhi , air
Arrive Delhi by flight. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our representative and transfer to your hotel .

Delhi - The capital of the vast, mystic subcontinent “ India”. A fine blend of old –n-new, ancient Red-Fort Delhiand modern Era. History of Delhi goes back to the days of Mahabharata, when it was known as the Indraprastha. It is surprising, indeed, that since that era this city has remained the capital of the country. 

Magnificent forts and edifices of the Mughal and the pre-Mughal era and the huge architectures of the Raj era have become the pride of Delhi.  The cosmopolitan nature of the city has only added to the beauty and glory of it. Big gardens, wide roads, ancient structures, and power of politics is what Delhi is all about.

Day 02:         Delhi
Morning proceed for guided city sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting Red Fort - The magnificent fort in red sand stone was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1648 . Jama  Mosque,- the second largest Mosque in the world. You will also experience the a rickshaw ride through busy and historical Chandni Chowk-  this famous & oldest market of Old Delhi.

We make our way towards New Delhi and drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidents Palace and one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys) visit The India Gate: a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers, Laxmi Narayan Temple ( Birla Temple) - Built in 1938 by the prominent Indian Industrialist R. B. Birla . Humayun’s Tomb- Another magnificent Mughal building, the tomb of the emperor Humayun . Qutub Minar  - The imposing victory tower built in 12th century.

You will also get an opportunity to visit RAJ GHAT – where our Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

Day 03:         Delhi – Bhopal , Shatabdi Express
Early morning departure transfer to the station in time to board the train for Bhopal.

Depart : Delhi                        0615 hrs          Shatabdi Express # 2002
Arrive : Bhopal           1405 hrs

On arrival in Bhopal, transfer to your hotel.

Bhopal today presents a multi-faceted profile; the old city with its teeming market places and fine old mosques and palaces still bears the aristocratic imprint of its former rulers. Equally impressive is the new city with its verdant, exquisitely laid out parks and gardens, broad avenues and streamlined modern edifices.

A trip around the walled city of Bhopal reminds you at the glamour of the lives led by the Nawabs and Begums at yore. The mosques and the temples evoke the archaeological curiosity of onlookers.

Afternoon city tour of Bhopal visiting  Taj-ul-Masjid - the largest mosque of India and was commenced by Shah Jahan and is still incomplete.

Also visit various Mosques and Monuments as well as Bharat Bhavan - is a museum of tribal and contemporary art forms and breeding ground for traditional dance, music and drama.

The Tribal Habitat or Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya-This is an open-air tribal museum and is located on Shamala hills of Bhopal.

Sanchi StupaDay 04:         Bhopal – Sanchi – Bhopal
Morning proceed for same day excursion to Sanchi .

Sanchi is an unmatched repository of Buddhist art and architecture. Located on a secluded hill crowned by a group of stupas and gateways, it occupies a unique position in the history of Buddhism.

Later visit the Ashoka Pillar before returning to Bhopal in the evening.

Also visit Bhimbetka – the most important sites in the Central India

Day 05:         Bhopal – Indore
Morning drive for Indore enroute visiting at Ujjain

Ujjain is situated on the Right Bank of Riverbank or River Shipra. It is a very holy city for the Hindus a site for the triennial Kumbh Mela. According to Hindu scriptures, it was originally called Avantika.. Apart from mythological legends, the city has a long and distinguished history..

Also visit some of its major attractions amongst a long list including Mahakaleshwar Temple, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Chintaman Ganesh Temple, Bhartrihari Caves, Harsiddhi Temple, Vedh Shala (Observatory), Kal Bhairava, Kaliadeh Palace, Gopal Mandir and Navagarha Mandir.  

On arrival in Indore ,  check-in at your hotel.

Indore, the second largest city in Madhya Pradesh, is a fast-moving, modern business and industrial town with not much to do in it. You may pass through here on the way to Ujjain, Omkareswar, or Mandu.

Day 06:         Indore – Mandu
Morning drive for Mandu and on arrival check-in at your hotel .

Mandu is located on a 21sqkm plateau. A deep and wide valley separates the plateau from the tableland in the north. To the south of Mandu the land drops steeply away to the plains. Deep ravines cut into the sides of the plateau which looks isolated and cut off from the rest of the countryside.

Afternoon city sightseeing tour that covers the magnificent Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace), Hindola Mahal (Swing Palace), Hoshang's Tomb, Ashrafi Mahal and Rupmati's Pavilion.

Day 07:         Mandu – Maheshwar
Morning drive for Maheshwar enroute visiting Omkareshwar

Omkareshwar-TempleSituated on the banks of the Narmada, Omkareshwar is one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. It is located at a distance of about 12 miles from Mortakka in Madhya Pradesh. There are two temples here, one to Omkareshwar and one to Amareshwar.

On arrival in Maheshwar, check-in at your hotel.

Maheshwar - This temple town on the banks of the river Narmada finds mention in the epics of Ramayana and Mahabharata.  Maheshwar's temples and mightly fort-complex stand in quiet beauty, mirrored in the river below.

Day 08:         Maheshwar – Indore
Morning drive for Indore and on arrival check-in at your hotel.

Indore, the second largest city in Madhya Pradesh, is a fast-moving, modern business and industrial town with not much to do in it. You may pass through here on the way to Ujjain, Omkareswar, or Mandu.

Afternoon city tour of Indore visiting Central Museum, Rajwada, Kanch Mandir (Mirror Temple) is an ornately decorated Jain temple.  Also Chhattri Bagh contains memorials to the previous rulers of Indore.

The busy Kujuri Bazaar is an interesting place to visit.

Day 09 :        Indore – Mumbai or Delhi – home-town
Departure transfer to the airport in time to board the flight for Mumbai /Delhi and take a connecting flight for onward destination.
